We are two young entrepreneurs united by the same purpose, to work on accessibility to impact entrepreneurship, always from the teams. And aware of the globalised world we live in, we want to work on this accessibility by joining people from all over the world.

Aitor Ferreño

Social entrepreneur as a result of living LEINN (Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Innovation) at Mondragon University. In 2018, thanks to participating in the first edition of the Africa Basque Challenge, the seed was sown in me that has generated in me the passion to work in the transformation of people with the aim of generating change.

Since 2021, I have been part of the Diversity 4 Equality adventure, where I have been able to grow, meet and live unique experiences with the aim of training people in entrepreneurship.

Maialen Mendizabal

Maialen holds a degree in LEINN (Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation) from Mondragon Team Academy, Mondragon Unibertsitatea.

In 2018 she started the Africa Basque Challenge programme in Kenya as coordinator of the programme in the Basque Country, ABC is a social entrepreneurship programme that brings together young people from Europe and Africa with the aim of creating a positive impact in their communities.

In 2019 she founded MTA Afrika S.COOP, a cooperative with the aim of making Mondragon Team Academy entrepreneurship training accessible.

From 2021 till now she is been putting her heart and soul into Diversity4Equality S.COOP.
